One last camping trip. Think we’re going to need the furnace this time?

Summer is over. The leaves are changing colors, it is getting darker sooner and staying dark long in the mornings. School supplies are purchased and are waiting to be labeled and placed in backpacks. Routine is just around the corner and I’m glad!

And what a summer we had! Hot, hot, hot! No complaints here. We had 2yr, 6yr and 5yr old birthdays and parties, lots of wedding photos, camping trips, afternoons at the local lake, dips in the river, frequent stops for ice cream in Telkwa, two girls learning how to ride 2wheelers, popcicles, bbq’s, iced coffees, mosiquitoes, black flies, bee stings, tanned children, blonder hair, a hot house, smokey days, fun! This summer was fun!

One last camping trip to wrap it all up. See you when school starts!

 With Baby Dallas being born so early, she was still so little when she came for her first photo shoot. Though newborn size, she definatly was older then that! A pretty little girl with dark hair and such fine features. She was great the entire session. We had a lot of fun with her and her mom and her grandma. Thanks for sharing your little doll with us Brandi and Johnny! She is adorable.

Here’s a sneak peek to the lovely little lady Dallas. She was born way to early, but was a fighter and is SO cute. Thanks Brandi for bringing her out to meet us! We had a blast. More to come! :)

 When Cindy contacted us to do some family portraits for them, we were more then thrilled. Their two children are so full of energy and smiles that we know doing their portraits would be a blast! They are a beautiful family and were very fun to photograph! Here are some of our favorites from that session.

So, I (Laura) have been second shooting for the talented Sasha Doodson (White Summit Photography) at a few weddings this summer and am excited with the way the photos have been turning out. Sasha is great fun to work with and has all kinds of great ideas! We have so many laughs together and it has been an enjoyable experiance working with her! We go on holidays and just cannot help but squeeze some awesome photos in.  The Stad family was a blast to work with!  We had a ton of fun and we got to see a lot more of the beautiful Albertan countryside.  Thanks for the fun guys. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.  Here are some of the highlights……. 

We photographed this lovely momma just days before baby arrived. What a surprise for everyone! Momma included! So a week later Baby was photographed, un-named but photographed. We had a lot of fun with Momma and her (then) youngest. And Baby was so good! Thanks for letting us share in this unique time! Enjoy.
